Ruth writes -
I plan to be in Chiang Mai for a break later in May, and able to meet conferencing Kiwis.
Hospital painting and renovation are going on with staff seeing the benefit and coping well.
Plans continue for a September LAMB information meeting in Dhaka and for the hospital birthday, plus possible student conference in October.
Once our new physician arrives in June and is settled I will begin preparing my deputy (also a physician) for my absence later in the year.

"As LAMB gets bigger, the need for good leaders grows. I am thankful for the management experience and skill brought by our new Executive Director.
The management help I feel I need is slow in coming because of needs in other areas,
so I need wisdom in prioritising and delegating, or doing things myself if it's quicker.
It would be easy to be overwhelmed by the task, but I'm always glad of others' support through prayer and listening, and grateful for colleagues here.
The baby season is at it's peak. We also anticipate several overseas visitors over the next two or three months."
