Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Team is an integral part of Lifezone's ministry to its congregation and occasionally beyond its own members. The team endeavours to be proactive in support and encouragement to all individuals and families and also  prompt in response specifically to those who are undergoing change in their life circumstances such as loss brought about by bereavement, employment, or financial issues, sickness (short or long term), relocation, relationship changes  and family or individual celebrations etc.

Additional to regular visiting, the team members will  also deliver food parcels when needed, send cards, keep contact by phone, deliver flowers, and facilitate assistance when people are occasionally unable to function fully. In addition to practical helps spending time with individuals in prayer is kept as a high priority.

The Pastoral team works closely with leadership in the Church both in providing and receiving information regarding the needs within the congregation.
